Chef Patron Skye Gyngall, of Spring, Heckfield Place and formerly of Petersham Nurseries, has become of the Britain’s most respected and acclaimed chefs and she will be creating a seasonal and elegant bespoke menu.

The food, service, staff and entire evening were spectacular. In particular the amazing lady leading on our event from a service perspective – she was so professional, efficient, welcoming and accommodating and did everything she could to make things perfect.
Overall, was such a special day, with a really incredible energy and vibrancy throughout which you played such a huge part in creating. The feedback has also been awesome, and in particular around the incredible hospitality and evening event.
