Liverpool will play Real Madrid in the 2022/23 Premier League season at Anfield.

The Merseyside club will be desperate to try and win the UEFA Champions League after losing 1-0 in the final against Real Madrid in 2022.

Liverpool have signed forward Darwin Nunez for a record fee from Benfica to try and keep up with the other major teams in the competition, such as Man City, Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and PSG.

Liverpool won both the FA Cup and League Cup trophies last season and will push for a Premier League title challenge once more.
