Have you ever wondered how to organise a corporate golf day? At Ambro, our experienced team will make sure that your event runs as smoothly as possible so that you can have a great golf day.

A corporate golf day with Ambro includes everything you’d expect to satisfy an incredible day on the course. Ambro will provide an on-site golf event team to manage and ensure the seamless running of your event, leaving you time to spend with your clients.

We are able to manage all scoring, card and competition management, and all other aspects of the event from branding on the day, to catering, premium merchandise, registration, on course refreshments, prize giving and dinner.

We have included one event manager in attendance and one golf hostess. Should you have the budget, we would recommend an additional hostess to ensure the day runs perfectly.

Our team wear a golf uniform so are easily visible and have worked not only at many other corporate golf days but also on behalf of the R&A and the PGA Tour.

Fantastic Courses

We have hosted golf days at some of the finest courses in the country, which includes The Grove, Brocket Hall and Woburn. Our golf event team boasts extensive experience, led by an event manager who is a competent single figure golfer and former county player. At Ambro, we have the experience and resources to ensure that you and your guests have the best experience at the best golf courses, making your day as memorable as possible.

Full Dining & Drinks

Breakfast

You’ll start your day with a mid-morning breakfast featuring tea, coffee and bacon rolls. We do suggest considering an upgrade to a heartier option like a full English breakfast or a brunch offering for a more substantial and satisfying meal.

Private Dinner

The dinner will take place in a private dining room, offering ample space to accommodate your group size. You’ll relish a delightful three-course meal, complemented by tea, coffee, and chocolates, providing the ideal conclusion to your day.

Tournament Management Equipment

Equipment

We have included an allowance for the following extras to enhance your experience:

  • Electric Pull Trolleys – We have included 20 electric pull trolleys on the assumption that some guests will have their own trolleys
  • Course Planners – We have included 10 course planners, as we are aware that most people will use a Garmin or equivalent

Competitions and Score Cards

We will pre-prepare all start sheets ready for the day and arrange the longest drive and nearest the pin competition. We will also prepare score cards, collate and check all scores and prepare a prize winners sheet. We recommend adding prizes so that you can celebrate with a prize giving at dinner.

Golf Clinic

Upon enquiry, we can organise an academy coaching clinic for any beginners or less-experienced golfers.

Competition Prizes

We have included the longest drive and the nearest pin competition for your guests. To enhance this experience, we recommend adding a selection of prizes for the winners. We can purchase these on your behalf.

Branding and Photography

Enhance your event with on course branding and a photographer to capture the day. Branding elements could include course banners, branded flags, branded tee markers or a pop up gazebo.
